Our signature vinyasa/power yoga class designed to help you immerse yourself in the present moment through movement and high vibe music, while guiding you towards mental wellness and connection by using the breath and mind. Expect multiple creative sun salutations, standing and seated postures, hip openers, core work and deep stretches. End the class with our signature 5 minute silent meditation. 

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Restorative class, focusing on deep stretches and slow movements. Class focuses on opening up the hips and decompressing the spine, helping increase flexibility and slowing down the mind. Expect a lot of assists from instructor. End the class with our signature 5 minute silent meditation. 

PEACEFUL PREGNANCY MASSAGE

If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect class for you. With slow transitions and guidance from instructors, you'll engage in a series of poses that will help you gain physical endurance, flexibility and stress release. Learn about proper alignment and sun salutations, all while giving you the space to create your own variations to the poses. End the class with our signature 5 minute silent meditation.

Class focusing on meditation. Practice a series of postures for the first 20 minutes of class, to release muscle tension, stress and mental chatter. When ready, engage in deep guided meditation provided by instructor. Class duration is only 45 minutes. 

MASSAGE THERAPY

Perfect class for the end of a stressful work day. Start with 30 minutes of a light flow, moving the body and getting your heart rate up. End the class with deep stretches and restorative poses, slowing down the mind and releasing stress. Finalize with our signature 5 minute silent meditation. 

PRIVATE - YOGA FOR GOOD MOOD

Upbeat class starting with a warm up through sun salutations, shifting into targeted workouts for the glutes and core. End the class with deep stretches and our signature 5 minute silent meditation.
